Forum Rules (READ)

These are the almighty rules of the forum that MUST be followed, for the sake of making RP fun for everyone on the forum.

1. No God Mode. You can die. Everybody can. The only difference is that you have the ability to come back.

2. It may be obvious, but in order to increase your Powerlevel you must post training on your planets. If you do a Moderator will post your grade.

3. Be respectful to everybody, especially admins. Most will simply ban you for disrespect, though I condone banning I would prefer that the trouble does not start in the first place.

4. You cannot appear on planets. You must by a capsule in order to travel. If not a Moderator will put you back on your planet.

5. This forum is for people to have fun and be creative, do not make it hard for people to do so. Please have fun.

6. Only 1 topic at a time! Stop sparring with 10 people in 10 different topics at the same time, okay?

7. Do not use the NPC Encounter function out of the INFO thread dedicated to it on the Discussion board.

8. From November 29th Forth, people can only start out with 3 techniques, all others must be RPed those who made before then are allowed to keep their techniques. Also no starting out with fly, unless Kai or Dragon. (From 11/29/10 on)

On Dragonball games EVERYONE wants to be a Saiyan of some sort so for now we're only allowing 5 Saiyans and 3 Half Saiyans. We'll stop the ban when the races begin to fill out. Besides everyone is allowed two characters.
